Nice beach with great waves. We tried surfing for the first time. I got a lot of scratches and bruises on my legs, but I enjoyed it very much. I would definitely try again this summer.
Soto Ayam - My favorite Indonesian dish! I love any kind of noodles in soup.
Went to Monkey Forest in Ubud and fed the cute monkeys. One of them actually attached me because he found that I was hiding more bananas in my pocket. I guess he smelt it..
Hotel pool
People were really nice and helpful there. I didn't have to argue with cab drivers to use meter, like I always had to do in Thailand.People asked us if we were on Honeymoon. Although we've been married for 3 and a half years, it felt as though it was our second Honeymoon. I'm so sad that my vacation is over now:(

short getaways are such fun! did you catch a wave surfing? I've only learned once before when I was on my honeymoon and it was an awesome experience standing up on that wave.
