purple rose scarf

i love this fabric - i got this just last saturday when i went to fabric shopping with naoko and yuko. i made it into a scarf for spring.. goes well with trench coat! 

new this week - dress and scarfs

Just a couple of things that i posted on my etsy shop today....

strip mini dress that comes with a skinny scarf! i will be making more of this kind of dress with scarf in the future. im thinking of making it in red jersey next. 

a skinny scarf for the spring - its more for style than actually being warm i think... since its long and skinny. 

ruffly scarf

happy new year everyone!
my husband and i run in different schedule - he gets up at 5am every morning, go for a run, prepare a break fast and wakes me up at 7am. he goes to bed at around 9 or 10. for me, i stay up a couple more hours after he goes to bed to sew. i stayed up till 11:30 to sew last night - one of the things i made was this scarf.
i did not knit, i just used the material, that's knit fabric. two rectangles on top of each other, and i finished with ruffled edge. my favorite part is this bow appliqué. i think it turned out so cute!
